We developed MADELINE, a smart client management system tailored for fitness centers and diet clinics. The platform empowers staff to track progress, manage memberships, and deliver AI-driven insights—all from one intuitive dashboard.
Challenges & Solutions
The challenge was to design a system that could handle complex member data—workout history, body metrics, consultations—while staying simple enough for frontline staff to use daily. We created a modular, role-based interface with performance dashboards, automated alerts (e.g. absentee, VIP clients), and KPI tracking to help clinics boost retention and results.
AI features were integrated to support personalized workout advice and monitor health trends in real time.
