Elevating Member Experience with a Smart Wellness App
We launched the MADELINE mobile app to give fitness and wellness members real-time access to their progress, schedules, and personalized AI recommendations. The app bridges the gap between clients and centers, creating a connected and motivating experience.
Challenges & Solutions
The challenge was to create an intuitive mobile interface that syncs seamlessly with the clinic’s internal management system. We designed a streamlined UI where members can check their attendance, body metrics, AI-generated workout advice, and payment history—all at a glance.
The app also supports in-app purchases for memberships and services via Toss Payments, with password and profile updates managed securely within the app environment.

The MADELINE app empowers members to stay engaged with their wellness goals and feel in control of their journey. It strengthens loyalty, reduces dropout rates, and enhances communication between clients and staff—all within a sleek, mobile-first design.
